Lawrence Cleaning – complete compliance for the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness

  • We are a supportive commercial cleaning service provider, who provide expertise to deliver high quality cleaning and associated services to the medical sector
  • Who do the standards apply to ?
  • This mandatory compliance which has to be implemented by November 4th 2022 applies to all healthcare settings – this includes acute hospitals, primary care, dental care, GP surgeries and medical centres - also cosmetic clinics and care homes.
  • Why should I comply ?
  • The compliance is required to ensure that cleaning standards meet an agreed level. You will need to display your Cleanliness star rating within the workplace as information to staff, visitors and patients. This rating cannot be changed until the following audit and if poor will need an in depth and comprehensive plan to rectify the issues. Delays in compliance are to be explained in writing with an action plan to NHSE/I

We liaise and work with our clients to maintain strict hygiene standards to prevent the spread of infection in medical premises. We are taking the Blended approach to auditing; This provides the cleaning schedule as well as the commitment to cleanliness charter, with quarterly audits to supplement your own self-audits and ensure compliance is being maintained.
