They resolved the problem with our cleaner Janice, who we didn’t want to lose, but was unfortunately failing to provide us with the quality of cleaning we required. The business had grown and new buildings added which were not being cleaned to our satisfaction. They took time to talk to myself and Janice to explain how the transition would take place.
